Xanuunka Kansarku (Cancer) waa mid dhibaato ba,an ku hayawadamada hore umaray (developed countries) iyo kuwa sookorayaba (developing countries)  waloow ay kusii kalabadanyihiin hadana waa dhibaato si isku mid ah u taabataylabadaba, mida kale wadamada soo korayaa awood dhaqaale iyomid aqooneed ba uma hayaan xakamayntiisa halka wadamadahore umaray ay inta badan ku dadaalaan siyaabaha loogahortago.

Xanuunkani sidiisaba maaha mid ku fiican daawaynta balse waamid ku wacan ka hortaga, waayo sida  badan waxa la daawaynkaraa marka uu ku jiro marxalada bilowga ah (Acute) waloowdaawadiisa laga dayrinayo meelo badan oo aduunka  ka mid ah oo la leeyahay wuu soo rogaal celin karaa, halka marxaladalabaad ee ku raagay qofka loona yaqaan (Chronic) isagadaawadiisu aad bay u adagtahay caafimaad ahaan waayo mabajoogo wakhtigii daawadu ku haboonayd in la siiyo hadii la siiyana waxba kama tarayso ee qofka uunbaa kusii daciifaya.

3. Naasnuujinta Hooyada ee ilmaha (Breast-feeding) sababtaoo ah Naasnuujintu waxay yaraysaa halista xanuunkaKansarka (Cancer).

4. Ka talaalista caruurta ee Jooniska cad (HBV) iyojoonisyada kalaba

5. In la iska ilaaliyo kulaylka daran ee qorraxda (Avoid too much Sun) oo la isticmaalo waxyaabaha ka hortagakulaylka (Use Sun Protections).

6. Inaad ka hortagto hawada wasakhaysan ee kaaga imanaysameelaha xidhan iyo kuwa furanba (protection of Air pollution)

7. Inaad samayso jimicsiga kala duwan (playing sport)

8. Inaad yarayso ama aad joojisaba isticmaalka alkoholka(limit alcohol intake )

9. Inaad ka qayb qaadato iska baadhitaanka xanuunkaKansarka (Cancer) inta qofka aanu ka muuqan wax calaaado ah oo muujinaya xanuunka ama marka ay bilowgayihiin, dadkaasi oo loo samayn karo program lagumagacaabo (Cancer screening program).oo wadankeenahada xarumo badan bilaash ka dhigeen.
